CHANGES  TO  THE  AGM

Meeting MinutesThe unprecedented activities of the past few weeks have resulted in a major step forward with the Pre-Share Offer announcement today, but have also necessitated some changes to the planned Annual General Meeting scheduled for the 27 June.

The existing rules of The Shots Trust do not allow for a Community Share issue.  Therefore it is now necessary to hold an Extraordinary or Special General Meeting (SGM) to provide for the required rule change.  The only way this is possible is to call a SGM on Thursday 27 June (the date previously planned for the AGM) and to postpone the AGM to a later date.

Papers relating to the rule change and notice of the SGM will be distributed next week to give the required fourteen days’ notice.  Similarly, a fourteen-day notice will be given for the revised date of the AGM.

We now have over 700 members – up by nearly 200 in the last month – and we hope you will all understand the reasoning for these changes.
